Shipping rates
- United States and countries in our Europe shipping zone: USD $5.99 per order.
- Other destinations: USD $15 per order.
Available destinations and the applicable shipping charge are confirmed at checkout. Product-specific destination restrictions still apply. A shipping rate does not mean every item can be delivered to every country.
Production and delivery
Our range includes products made or printed after an order is placed. Production and transit times vary by product, production partner and destination. Production time is separate from shipping time. Please check the product information and any delivery estimate provided at checkout. If an estimate is not shown, email us before ordering for an estimate for your item and destination.
Any estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date. Please contact us before ordering for a birthday, Christmas or another deadline. We do not guarantee Christmas delivery merely because an item is included in our Christmas sale.
Separate packages and tracking
Items may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate packages on different days. Multiple packages do not, by themselves, change the shipping charge agreed at checkout. Tracking details will be provided when available.
Address details, customs and delays
Please check your address before placing an order and contact us promptly about errors. Changes may no longer be possible once production or shipment has begun. Any additional charge for an agreed reshipment will be explained before you accept it.
Taxes or import charges shown at checkout are included in your order total. Additional import duties, taxes or carrier handling charges may be assessed by the destination authorities where these have not been collected at checkout. Customs processing and carrier disruptions can affect delivery times.
If your order is delayed, missing, damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order number. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory delivery or consumer rights.
No local pickup
Orders are delivered by shipping services. We do not offer in-person collection.
