Please include your order number when asking about an order. We do not offer local pickup. Contact us before returning an item so we can provide the appropriate return destination.

Shopping with us

Shopolino offers animal-inspired gifts, including products printed or made after ordering. Please review each product's description, size, compatibility, personalization and destination restrictions before purchase. Product photographs illustrate the design; minor differences in screen and printed colour may occur, without affecting your rights if goods are not as described.

Please provide accurate order and contact details and only submit personalization or images you are authorized to use. We may decline content or orders that infringe rights or applicable law.

Prices and payment

Store prices are displayed in US dollars unless another currency is expressly shown. Shipping and any taxes collected at checkout are shown before you confirm the order. Additional import charges may apply as explained in our Shipping Policy. Available payment methods appear at checkout. Payment must be authorized before fulfilment.

Promotions apply according to their stated dates and conditions. The Christmas promotion offers 35% off products through December 25, 2026, automatically at checkout. It excludes shipping and does not combine with other discounts. The total displayed before payment is the amount you authorize.

Orders, changes and availability

An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. We will contact you about an availability issue, payment problem or material pricing error rather than silently substituting a different item or charging more. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you and refund payments for the unfulfilled goods as required by law.

Contact us promptly for order changes. Production may begin before dispatch, particularly for personalized items. Your statutory cancellation rights remain applicable.

Delivery, returns and privacy

Our Shipping Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy explain these matters. Orders may arrive in separate parcels. We do not offer local pickup.

Website use and intellectual property

You may browse the store and use its content to evaluate products for personal purchases. You must not copy or commercially redistribute our artwork or other protected content without permission, misuse the site, introduce harmful code or interfere with other users.

Consumer rights and responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights concerning defective or misdescribed goods. We remain responsible to customers for our obligations as the seller, even where a production or shipping partner fulfils an order.

Applicable mandatory consumer laws take priority over conflicting terms. These terms do not require you to waive protections available in your place of residence. Contact us first if you have a concern so we can seek a resolution; this does not prevent you from pursuing legal remedies.

Updates and contact
